I finally got the balls to cut my quarter panel on my own. it was one of the easiest things u can do. i actually noticed a hp improvement. plus it now has ram air the way i designed it. ill post pics when i get some more time.BTW, u hafta use ur stock air cleaner, and 4"pvc pipe. it cost me $3.47

dude...that looks a lot like the one i have! ill bet you could contact arb safari snorkels and get a replacement 'snout' to top it off and complete your project. good job...built, not bought. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I love ur truck pockets. im goin 6" lift and puttin in the 14bff and 44ff in my bakcyard at the same time. i just gotta get the $$$ outta the rents for the lift.

When I did mine, I just heated the PVC about halfway up the windshield support with my little propane torch. Then I bent it gently until it was straight up, then installed a 90 deg bend elbow facing forward. I turn it backwards for off road, cause the splash directs right into it if its forward.
