Just make new and more posts and replies to others. The number of replies and posts you make add up to certain amounts you need to be classified a status. Notice under everybodies username, there is a status name under it. There are several different status's with the Carpal Tunnel being the highest ranking. The object (in my opinion) is to get to the Carpal Tunnel as fast as you can!!!
