finally new pics of my truck!... and what it looks like now

If you are refering to the truck in the back round it is for sale, it is a friends truck in "I need a build up condition" asking 2000 decent paint, getting a new tranny as we type has a 350, 2wd of coarse and big chrome rims with low profile tires. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

How would I change fenders every 3 months if I had a full cage? Plus it's fun and only takes 20 minutes to swap fenders,that includes trimming. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

I am still amazed when I see pics of peoples trucks, just 15 years old and rotted to death, I don't get it that sucks for you guys. I can go to the jusnk yard and find countless 60 cars in rust free shape, alot with original paint too, so many clean k10's in there too, just have had a side wreck or some with just a blown motor.

the pic is when I was prepping the floor for herc, just some rust pits but overall very clean /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
 
15 years? Shiit, there's trucks here from the mid-90s that are already cancer ridden. Just a few years in this nasty salt is all it takes. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif
 
I would think that since the salt is a bad thing they would come up with an alternative by now? Or is it a plot by the car makers to keep sales up /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
 
salt is cheap and plentiful, the average joe doesn't even look under his car. The average joe would bitch about having to pay more in taxes for some new special chemical "salt". The way they throw salt around here they would destroy our economy with some special new thing.

Good spotters and good driving. Ive gone through stuff that more capable truck has drug body and i havent and thats because i had a good spotter.

The truck is a 87 if I remember right, interior need a little work, I bet he would sell for less cash since the tranny is not in it yet "rebuild is being done by a hook up"
