shhh. lots of dirt and rust falling off with the fender trimming today. Look in my trimming gallery you will see the mess is like 20 feet around the k5 /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif My front tires are over in the lawn near my dogs dog house. And my 10 bolt and dana 44 are in front of the basketball net /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif

Your jackdstands look a little sketchy.

Cuts look really good. What did you use?

Yeah the jackstands are sketchy. Sitting on the sway bar brackets /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif don't try this at home. Not working under the K5 till my u bolts come in from ORD and I sit it on the D44. I used a chop saw to make the cuts. I need a tubing notcher. I filled more gaps than I should have on the outer supports. I'm happy with it, not the prettiest but I think it will work fine. I want to add a prerunner style bar up over the top. My buddy showed me a full size cherokee that did it and he put it just up over the hood so in case of a roll over the core support and hood aren't destroyed.
