Finally!! Pictures of my Suburban and other toyz

I love your crew cab! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif How much lift and what size tires on that bad boy!

Ken, is the '59 Napco the one that you had shipped from Colorado? Did you find the '58 later? It looks to be in really nice condition! /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

The '77 looks pretty cool sitting on that 12 inch lift! /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

Harry, yes that is the one that I had shipped from Colorado. The "little bit of rust on the sides" turned out to be pretty bad!! So, I wasn't really happy with the Sub in general, so off it went!! Shows you the dangers of buying something sight unseen!! (Although I had pictures of it).

The crewcab is on 6-42" Swampers and runs 10" Superlift springs in front, and custom 11 leaf rear springs (no lift blocks).

Bummer... But I know what you mean. I've driven 80 miles to look at a rig that the owner told me was in good condtion. When I got there, a section of paint/bondo the size of a large pizza pan was missing out of the drivers door and the interior had been stripped! I'd hate to see what he considered bad condition! /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

Also looked at a Sub a couple of years ago that had "minor surface rust". Turned out that it had spent most of its life in Illinois, being salted every winter. Within another year it would have been a see-through Suburban. /forums/images/icons/mad.gif

Sorry to hear that it didn't work out, but the '58 looks pretty nice! /forums/images/icons/cool.gif
