Yep. Finally did it. Took the top off and drove around all day today. High temperature: 46 degrees F. Didn't care. Wore layers, cranked the heat. Roads were clear and sun was out :saweet:

Awesome Craig!

I've got to get mine out in the next couple weeks and get some digital pictures. Unfortunately I don't have any digitals yet and don't have a scanner... doh!

Sweet looking Blazer! Somthing about the snow around the base of the tree in the front yard wood keep me from going topless even in a 2nd gen rig.

You have the exact K5 I've always wanted!!

But then again I love my K10... :D

not gonna lie, im a little jealous, that K5 is beautiful... and i really wanna do the full convertable conversion on my 86 ;)

That truck is soooooooo clean!!!!:eek1: Wish my 74 looked half as good. Where did you pick up the diamond plate for the bed rails?

alright artzner... we alll get it. your rigs flippin sweet. you can stop rubbing it in now OK??

no really, dont! beautiful days call for beautiful k5's and much upps on the buttery overhead shots.

actually i forgot to give props for the awesome camera angles, with how clean and brand spanky new that truck looks, and the cool angles, it almost looks like press photos for a new brand catalog or K5 brosure from back in the day.

way sexy man...gotta love em topless.

Cool pics and great looking blazer. I wish I had the dough for a full convertable

I got the bedrails at Summit (work). They were for a short box '73-'87 Chevy so I had to lop off 6 inches to fit them, but it came out good.

Jeebus, that's a pretty truck. Mine useta look like that ... okay, not. You have that amazing 70's color that looks straight out of the sales brochures =))

I still love the 73-75, best truck GM's ever made.
