Finally weighed my rig yesterday

Well, i finally got around to weighing my blazer yesterday. My extras include, D60 up front, 14FF in the rear, dual batteries, York OBA compressor, Warn winch mount bumper with 9000 lb. winch, and 35" BFG muds with Eagle alloys. The rig weighed in at 5,880 with all the extras and a full tank of gas.

Nope, this rig is too clean for that. I will build a beater at some point and wheel the crap out of it but not this one.

I saw it at Burt's "party" for the motor. You are in the same boat I'm in. To clean to beat up.
 
Yep, i still have my fun with it when i can. I'm just not going to beat it up. I will wait til i can buy and build a beater to do that.

My '98 quad cab dodge/cummins, stock wheels tires weighted in at 7100 with full load of fuel. Had the roof cut off at the time and aftermarket ranch hand bumpers.
 
My buddy works at a truck yard and they have a 70' scale. Also there is a place here in Fremont that has a 70' public scale and they charge $10.00 to weight a vehicle.

I'd guess then that my '01 Cummins Ram tips the scales near 7K.. My K5 weighs 5260lbs with a 1/2 tank of fuel and me in it.

I'm trying to back off myself. When playing around the other day I shot up a levy slightly crooked......my suspension flexed and my front tire grabbed the bottom back corner of my fender and ripped my trim all up. :mad: :mad: :mad: I was body damage free till the other day.... :mad: 10" of lift is too much my butt! :D
