First attempt at an exocage

Here are some pictures of my new exocage. This was my first attempt ever of trying to build a roll cage, it did'nt turn out exactly like i had pictured it in my head but i thing we did OK. I used 2" .120 wall tubing for everything, the only things removable are the tubes that cover the front and rear fenders.

Not bad but I think it would do a better job if it had tubing that followed the fender lips and then add another tube under the tail light.
 
obviously the tubing is kinda far away from the body, but its pretty good for a first try! wish i had one

My truck isn't finished yet but theres a build thread in the garage of the forum titled (black bettys progress)

Are yall going down to River Rock next month for there open run? That will be the real test on how well this cage stiffened up the frame.
