Found this listing on Collectorcartraderonline.com. It's in Lynnwood, WA so I may go look at it just to see how the doors were made.

I may get up there to take a look at it.

Not sure what happened with the link? It is listed right????

Those look good. Does anyone make those or does everyone fabricate their own?

I have seen a few first gen K5's in the past with the fiberglass/plastic pieces like the broncos have. That was many years ago though.

I've got a set of doors on the side of the house that I have always wanted to cut-up and make into 1/2 doors /forums/images/graemlins/grind.gif /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif

1st gen 1/2 doors

I've just started cutting up some 71 pickup doors into half doors for my 72 Blaze. After removing all the guts they weigh much, much less. I've cut an opening that looks much like the old Bronco or Scout fiberglass units. I need to then get my bodyman to roll the edges of the metal so my boys don't get cut up. I'll try to send some pics when I can.
