Are 72 doors and fenders any different from 69-71? I thought something changed in 72 for the doors but not sure about the fenders?

The doors from 71+ have a little screw and cover by the wing window. I think it's 71, but it might be 72 only.

The door panels are thicker in 1972 also, so when you look for at window regulators, etc the shaft needs to be longer to extend through the panel.

LMC parts suck, but the catalogs are great for learning about year specific parts. The exploded diagrams will show you which items are truly universal (1969-1972) and which are year-specific.
