I tell ya what though I am really happy this is over with. man that was hard to get to, and actually one little bolt took me about 3 hours all said & done. it was pretty easy to get a wrench on, but getting the stupid thing started was the hard part.

You have any problems w/ hooking up the brake booster? Guy that is putting mine in said there wasn't a port for it on the intake like there should be. Thanks!

behind the TBI is a port to hook all your other stuff up. I called Jim Pace, and they just told me to hook the brake booster into that. the breaks seems to work great so I'm not complaining.

the only thing that looks a little difficult is fabbing in that little emissions pipe thing. I'd try to fab that in before installing the EGR, cuz you are not going to be able to do it after it is on.

just make sure that hold down peice will hold your dist. good and solid before you put all the fuel lines etc. on because that is the easiset time to get to it.

I just stuck that, and stuck it in a vice. hit it with a hammer to slightly bend it just a bit.

Okay, I understand now. I agree. I would have bent the little fingers down on it too. I thought you meant that the distributor itself was too high before. understand now.

I don't know about TBI, I'd assume it's the same, but the power brake port is on the back of the carb. It's a very large vacuum fitting.

TBI has another port that is piped in with a metal tube (like the fuel lines) just below the TBI... it is on the front right side.
