Hello, this is my first post so I'll start by saying how very informative and encouraging this site is to me.

Some background:
I have an 81 blazer with 350/350/208. It has a 10 bolt front 3.73 and a 12 bolt rear 3.08 ( I'm working on 3.73 for the rear). It currently has no front driveshaft installed(too short after lift). It has a 4" RC spring front blocks rear lift with 35/12.5/15 general grabbers on blk crawler wheels. It has a Ord weld in frame brace/repair kit up front. The TH350 was rebuilt about 6 months ago by a questionable shop( the price was right at the time). I just had the front aligned and tires balanced about a week ago. I just a new driveshaft made last weekend with new ujoints, balanced and made to be 33" long to fit after the lift made the old one too short to use.

Issue:
I had some driveline vibrations at all speeds before I got the new DS installed last weekend. Now I only have vibrations when I am going between 0-10 mph. Does not matter if I am acceling or deceling or braking, just getting the vibes in that range. I notice that on decel, if I throw it in neutral, I have no Vibes at all. I am thinking that maybe the Torque converter could be suspect, but am not sure. I can drive at all freeway cruising speeds and it's very smooth. Any help would be great! Thanks

Austin

welcome!!

I say pinion angle is too low. That's my guess. Do you have an angle finder? Some numbers would help solve this.

I will get some mesurements when I get home. Also, I noticed that the T-Case has already been dropped by PO. Should I put it back to stock without the spacers between the frame and the cross member? Why would anyone drop the tcase without a lift? I also know that the blocks in the rear for the lift had the tapered ends forward so to tilt the pinion up a little.

I tried to attatch pics of the angles. Only thing that has changed since pics is the driveshaft is 2" longer with new ujoints
