If you are have problem with automatic trans., pull all electric connections and clean with contact cleaner and then coat with dielectric silicone and plug back up. This has cured my problems on more than 1 occasion. This is not a cure for a POS tranny, but the fist thing that should be checked when having problems- unless you have a real trans.- you know mid eighties and older with no elec. inputs or computers, chances are you won't be having too many problems with those any way
