Fishing gear for large freshwater fish

This summer Im going to be going for Catfish and Sturgeon.. maybe some Salmon too. Anyway, I have a feeling my old shimano untralight with generic 6lb test wont cut it. Can anyone suggest to me a non-trolling reel that is under $100 and is capable of holding 50+lb test? Or better yet a webpage full of them?

this is what i use for sturgon fishing here it is the shimano tld 20/40s cost $99 and has always been a great real for me. the biggest fish i have caught with it is 14.5 feet /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif [image]http://fish.shimano.com/publish/content/us/en/fishing/products/reels/reels_saltwater_conventional/tld_star[/image]
