Found FiTech Handheld Controller

Wanted:
FiTech Handheld Controller, first generation with the two wires in the top.
I am actually running the Summit Max-EFI 500, but the controller is the same.
As you can see in the pic, my screen has gotten roached, although the display and touch screen still work.
I have been checking eBay, and none have popped up so far.

Update!
Sent an email to FiTech on Saturday as well, they got back to me today, and they are sending me a new used unit programmed with the proper software for the Summit system for $25. Should be here in a few days. That's a win!
