fitting 15\" rims on a Ford Dual Piston setup?

Talking 60s here. Is it doable? I had thought not but after I got mine people started saying you could make it work its just more grinding than a Chevy 60. So anyone?

Do a search on pirate. I've read there that it will work with only a few years worth of calipers/mounts
