I've got the '87 V30 from jackedjimmy350 and its got the D70HD and wide fiberglass fenders and bed. I want to put on 315/75/16 tires but wondered if anyone knows how much the tires would stick out past the fenders on the rear.
Another member here (clarkjw) is running the same size on his dually and I think he quoted having to run 2.5" spacers between the rear tires so they don't rub as these tires are in the 12" wide range.
My ponderings are if these tires will flare out past the fender lips too much or not. If its only like a few inches, I don't mind but if they're gonna stick out like 4" or more, then I have to change something here.

What say you?

It'll be out there pretty far I ran 305-70-16's on my C30 for awhile and they stuck out pretty far I was running a 3" spacer though

you can still buy the Old school "buckshot" mudders from National Tire and wheel they have a real tall and Narrow 16 that would be perfect on a dually no spacer needed
