Flare fitting or O-ring?

Hey guys, Im wondering if this fitting from a steering box i want to buy is a flare or o-ring? Im in search of a 2wd steering box for my 85 k5 and i believe i need the o-ring. Ive searched all over and ive even compared pictures on rockauto but just cant get a solid answer. I believe this is the return line?
