Fully welded inside and out. 3/8" thick bolt ring and 1/4" steel throughout the rest of the cover. 3/8" NPT fill port has a guard around it.

Each and every diff cover is fitted to a fixture for welding, this keeps warpage from becoming a factor and when they leave the shop, we know they will fit for you every time!

Kit includes one diff cover, 10 grade 8.2 serrated head 5/16" bolts, and a brass allen socket head fill plug.
