Anyone paint their K5 flat or satin black? Let's see some pics
I'd recomend satin though...I've been using the satin on drivetrain/frame/diff's and it's much nicer than the flat IMO.
No pics yet, I'm not finished yet. But Blitz black (satin) is the way to go!
trustyk5 - that is exactly what i am after
cwn_anwyn - my auto tech instructor is painting his 1980 malibu wagon blitz black. Awesome choice
painting mine blitz black as i write this, should be done and out of the garage by this weekend...cant wait.
do you have any photos of it?
Flat black (the hood got painted the night before I left for Moab ran out of paint)
Nice last minute attempt at a flame job!
mine is flat black pic is in my album
rene who makes that bumper .I drew one out like I wanted to build and I swear it looks just like yours
seen a k10 with one tons here in town, painted flat black, but not rattle can like i would do, lol, looked sweet with chrome bumpers and black grille, no chrome anywhere other than the bumpers... long tubes and no exhaust (Stainless), man that was a mean truck..
Nice rig, dude !!
I made that bumper, along with the rear and the cage. It has a winch tray under the core support so approach angle is as good as with a stock bumper...
I guess great minds think alike haha!
