So i was heading back home from a test and tune for the mud bog that my schools club was having, i hit a bump and heard air rushing out of something, i looked after i got in my driveway and had a flat tire so i figured that i put a hole in the tire. Nope i saw this when i washed it off

better find out where that rim is rubbing or you might have more problems than flat tire like no brakes wose case.

i have no idea what it rubbed on, i have a dually front axle and hummer rims, i have been running this combo for some time and this is the first time anything has happened

front or rear rim?

if front dont forget the caliper slides in and out in relation to the depth of the rim .

with the amount of rubbing your rim shows there should be some kind of matching spot on the axle.

it was off the front axle, i think i got a rock trapped in there or something, i put another hummer rim on and have not had a problem

That far out on the lip I vote rock as well... I have a few scratches on my rims from my calipers while I was in the process of grinding them and I doubt it'd be that far out.
