Hi Grant...
Im not sure what the frame width is on your truck,, this bed came off a 1989 k3500 (gen 2 bodystyle)(Ill confirm width for you)
It sits on two main rails running the entire length of the bed and is attached with ubolts... but modification isnt hard... its all relative because I fabricate,, so if you do making it fit shouldnt be a problem. Ill shoot some pics for you tomorrow...
As you know flatbeds go for 2000.00 bucks and up... so if your willing to do a little work you could save a bunch... I even have the filler necks for dual tanks if I recall
Thanks for the interest..please confirm you have an email addy on profile or leave one here for pics

i cant find a tape at the moment that i can get to without making to much noise and waking the prego roomie. so i will measure tomorrow.

i still have to measure it. so ill go do that now.
the pics look good. it has minor things wrong with it. no big deal.
ill need some time to sell the bed off my truck, as i have nowhere to store it now. if you can PM me your phone number it would be appreciated.
once again, ill go measure right now.

im going to have to build my own. this thing is in good condition and all. a great deal. but after thinking about it it isnt what i want/need.

i need to shorten the truck up a bit and keep the weight down.
hope you sell it.

no prob grant...
I understand the weight thing... Im designing a contractors bed out of aluminum with plastic wood as decking material... about 1/2 the weight of a conventional bed
