Looking good.....now back it onto the ramp.
Hows the shackle angle while flexing? Did you get the bumpstops in yet?
 
Not yet just got it moving around. Still have to drill holes in shackles and try a shorter shackles. Spent most of day cleaning the concrete from the motor oil and gear oil I spilt
 
Question... what size tires are you running? And Why'd you chose 52 spring swap over 56? I just did my 64 spring swap in the rear and examining other nice builds
 
Got any info on the front driveshaft? What u joints are you running? CV? Size tubing you used?
 
Yes I do lol the front springs are custom Ord springs, tires are 39.5 bald boggers. I swaped a 32 spline front out put on my 205 so I can run 1410 standard ujoints. Useing the square shaft on the front now until I can afford a real shaft. It held up all weekend last weekend wheeling.
 
How loud does yours click? Mine clanks enough for everyone to think something is broken.

It only clicks when hubs are locked but tcase in 2wd. Other then that i don't notice it. Pics and videos are in the my build thread. I did get the bumpstop on. But I gotta make a new bracket and bring them down a couple more inchs
 
Looks sick man! I got my rear built. Now just kinda looking at your to see how I want to build my front suspension. What position did you end up with your front hanger and shackle length?
 
Yes I got the FUSH kit from kert but trying to decide if I'm going to move it forward or leave it in the same place with 56 6inch lift springs. I'm ordering the 7.25 shackles tomorrow.
