That was an interesting read. Amazing to think they bore specd those like that and slammed the pistons in at that rate
I’d love to have witnessed the test fire procedure with all the “clamp on” parts and the air starter

Part two...this is the Corvette engine dress line at the Corvette plant in St. Louis. Corvettes with radios required ignition shielding due to the fiberglass body.
