flip measurement neede. frame to edge...

I'm trying to get my 3/4 ton 14ff under my 68 burb but I'm not liking the idea of hacking the perches off and welding the new ones on. I got to looking and the frames are the same width between my 78 and the 68. I'm guessing the difference is in the flip and front hanger.

Can someone confirm that the 1st gen and 2nd gen flips are indeed 1" different (per side)

if it is then I could run a 2nd gen flip with a 2nd gen rear spring front hanger.

Is my t ape measure broke or am I on track to being flipped and 3/4 ton'd

got it. called my bro and made him get a tape and gave him all the stuff I needed measured.

it'll work, just need to find a set of front hangers.
