Looking for piece of floor metal to make a door for the hole I cut in my 1974 blazer. I'm not sure if the profiles are different between models or years. The hole I cut is 8.5" (front to rear) x 10.5" (side to side)

Here is a pic of my hole, ah I mean the hole I cut in the floor:

THANK YOU!!

Just use some flat stock under the floor and fasten your panel to it.

That looks like a good plan. Would keep stuff from catching. I will probably do that, unless I get a piece that overlaps.

I drilled through and then welded a nut on the back. Then I just have 4x 1/4”-20 bolts to fuss with from the top

Nice! I did something similar for my rocker boxes. Did you weld from the underside?
Yeah and then just welded each strip to the adjacent one to add some structural integrity

i had a extra tailgate cover i cut into it. want to find or make a door but not important enough yet to mess with it

I have some LMC floor panel stuff left over. The ridges don't line up exactly with the factory stuff, but it will overlay. I just got done making a fuel door for my floor out of the stuff.

That might work! What size is it?

I still have half of the piece i used
I think the cheapest way to ship is going to be a USPS flat rate envelope which is 12.5x9.5 which would be just enough to overlap everything with some room. Looks like it will make it to the beginning of the raised part for the width. Send me a PM with how much you would like for the piece. Thanks!

Really! That's awesome! Thank you so much!
There are a couple options the flat rate envelope is $6.70, The padded flat rate envelope is $7.25. They do have a legal flat rate envelope that is $7.00 and it is 15"x9.5"

Cutting it now, and a flat rate shipping envelope that is 15 x11 5/8 is what they had here
