Is there a better pic of floor pans other than LMC
I just need the part that holds the weather strip to the floor .
We are going to cut old out and use as little as possible of new cheap
Metal . Any suggestion on what parts to buy for the floor ?

do I buy the inner and outer rocker panels :dunno:

yup, and that front floor section.. tho the floor piece will be a frustrating POS, the Taiwan stampings sux... you'll probably do ok fitting the rocker.. but the floor usually will require some massage to get a patch cut off the Taiwan piece to work right..

make sure the cab mount is ok. it's right in front of that... if you where ever gonna do new cab mounts/bodylift, now wouldn't be a bad time... you may need to cut a hole in the floor anyway for that mount...

it's easy to say, I'll keep it as tight as I can, just do this, etc".. but be prepared for a fair bit of cutting...

all aftermarket sheetmetal is the same.. LMC will be the same as x, y, z.. all pretty cr@ppy... some pieces being worse than others...

You start messing with the floor, rockers, and problaly front cab mount on a full vert make sure the top is on and bolted tight. Everthing will move around and will be hard to get things line back up. depending on how far you get into it you may need to shore things up.

Its weird ? The bottom cab supports ( large box under K5 ) and outside rockers are rust free . Its just inside the door at floor . I want to cut the small sections out , and just make a new stuff . Problem is , the metal that holds the weather stripping on is rusted away . so no where to hook up the new weather stripping

I still have most of the floor pan from parting my truck out. It is a 1987 single cab. Not sure if any of it would work on your 74 though.

Thanks
I went ahead and ordered a couple of floor pans , I just do not know what I need .

I just got my new rockers in and that piece of metal for the weather strip u speak of is part of the rocker

:waytogo: cool , if I get that , we can cut out and patch the other metal ! Going to Rhino line it , so its not a show truck
