I also took out the old sagging headliner and if anyone wants pics of that I would be happy to show them also.
I have noticed a bit of heat in the cab at the floor but not enough to bother me. It is also louder inside, but again not enough to bother me.

How did you prep the floor?

Duraliner just a cheap walmart brand, I figure im better off paying 30 for a gallon, and I can always do touch ups later on rather then getting it Rhino lined.

For prep it said to take all the glare/glossy look out of the paint. well that was no trouble with the floor area. I went to town on that until it was near bare metal but left some original paint there for something to bond to, I also gave it a quick shot of some primer. sanded it a tad too.
I did make the mistake of not sanding the area under the seat good enough, because when I was putting the seat back in a mount scraped and pulled a chunk right off, I patched it up though. The floor area is good, ive been driving it and what not, its holding up good to people getting in and out. I figure This winter I well try and remove the bad parts under the seat and redo them /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
