I did some floor repairs over the last few weeks, replaced the hunks of metal someone thought would work for the floor pan. New floor supports/pan patches both sides.

You didn't weld it in place and just use the adhesive? Brian and 7d2n, if you were to weld the patch in place would yo also spot weld the patch to the cross supports or just around the parimeter? Looks good 7D2N.

I'm going to weld it in place along with duplicating the factory spot welds on the bracing. Is panel adhesive strong enough to keep the patch in place as the body flexes? Why not weld like the rest?

Floor supports were welded, I used panel adhesive to attach pan to supports with sheet metal screws in a few spots to hold the pieces tight metal to metal, the screws have been removed, if preped right the floor patch should stay put.
