LMC (catalog) has floorinf from $6.95 to $69.95 depending on what section you are after.

I would try parts trucks myself. If you find a good wreck, the owner will usually let you chop it up for nothing or just a few bucks.

www.gmpartsdirect.com sells the whole rear section..and you can get rockers and front floor bourds from lmc, jchwitney and other places...
