my friend has one on his 02' chevy z71 two into one muffler and it sonuds like magnaflow maybe a little bit louder.

I have a flowmaster cat-back for my 98 z71, nice mild tones 2 into 1 into 2.

another muffler ive heard on a 97'' z71 4 door tahoe was hooker mufflers. the aerochamber. they are very similar to magnaflow, smoother deep tones not loud, flow very well and is not loud and annnoying. i suggest magna flow or hooker from what ive heard they flow better than others

the smoothest muffler i have EVER heard is a hooker aerochamber and i have a set in the garage waiting to go on the roadrunner, they are sweet, but i run single chamber drags on my blzr and love umm... just my 2 cents

I just installed a single flowmaster 40 in my 1985 K5 Blazer (I did the whole exhaust my self - cat back). I love the sound.

Thanks
Adam

We ran dual 70 series flowmasters on our 96 burb (vortec 350). It was quiet.....more quiet than i would want it after paying ot have dual exhaust installed.

But on a blazer, the exhaust legnth is significantly less....so maybe it would be just about right?

I have a single Flowmaster 40 on my 85 K5. I get alot of complements on the sound. Its not loud at all but it has a real deep rumble that makes it sound like I got more motor than I do.I love it!!

Would you like to see (and hear) a video clip of my K5 on the chassis dyno?

I've got a pair of the Flowmaster 70-series (the BIG muthas) which are supposed to be some of the quieter ones in their lineup. It's a true dual setup with no crossover pipe...
