Fluid In My 205

Ok, running the GM synthetic made for the 4500 in my NV4500 but should I run the same in the 205 behind it or stick with 80/90?

ahhhh that 4500 fluid is like water . I prob would do reg old atf / 80/90 my self in this old school case .
