I have a newer 350 engine that I am currently rebuilding. Picked it up from a wrecking yard for $500 including all the accessories...not a bad deal considering all I got...anyway, it is out of a 91 Blazer. I have an 85 w/305 in it currently. Will the flywheel work with the 350 or do I need to buy another one? I have a 700r4 tranny and am NOT looking to convert to a manual. Thanks for the help as this is my first actual complete teardown to parade rest and rebuild the way I want it engine.

There are several factory offerings for this ( taken from GM PP ) :

12554824 V8 & V6 / 90 degree Automatic Transmisison Flexplate
Outside diameter is 14" for years 1986-up. Crank Flange bolt pattern: 3.00"; Converter Bolt Pattern.: 11.50"; starter ring gear teeth: 168. Heavy-duty flexplate with increased thickness for one-piece crank seal. Torque converters for TH350 and TH400 transmissions are produced with both 10.75" and 11.50" diameter converter bolt patterns. To identify the correct pattern, measure from the converter center to an attaching bolt hole and then multiply this dimension by 2.
