Flywheel And Torque Convertor

i have a th350 tranny and when i reinstalled it there was a gap between the fly and the conv. so i put two lockwashers between it because i could slide the conv. a little is that a problem???anybody???

the convertor has to be out just a bit for movement. if the gap was about the thickness of the washers then remove them asap. you have it seated to far in now.
