my flywheel is grinding on my starter housing. could this be a problem. i think its from my torque converter not bein set right the first time

Flywheel

It sounds to me like your flexplate is installed backwards. The humps in the flexplate where the holes for the TC are need to be facing the tranny, not the engine.

the side of it rubing the housing, could this cause damage to the engine?should i reaplace it or leave it

If its wobbling, from a bent (cracked) flexplate, it will wear out the input bushing on your transmission and cause you problems there. Fix it.

i can see its bent with out spinnin the motor, its from the t/c not bein set right then the tranny tightend to the motor.
