Heres how they were when I got them. They were not new from FOA but never run and only used for mockup

I think that the shock body is the wrong size. Either that or both the seal head and piston are machine wrong.

I don't have a mic at home but will post measurements tomorrow

Wobble and leak

Pressurize and its pouring out of the shaft. I couldn't find any burrs or anything strange

Non-leaking wobble

Disassembly was surprisingly easy, It surprised me. I basically read the first step and went outside to pull them apart. I think It will harder to refill them

there appears to be an ample amount of metal shavings

Piston seal looks fine to me, I've seen complaints about these before

Upon inspection doesn't really look like anything is wrong. I'll find out after I measure everything

I'll need to figure out how to valve them also

At this point I basically have these for free. I bought a set of 4 and sold 2 and it paid for the initial cost.

I'm contemplating just selling these and getting some bilstein 5125's for the time being and then factor in coilovers down the road when I wanna 4 link the front

I would get ahold of Chris at FOA and talk to him about your problem. He has always been very helpful for me.
