Recently pick up an older Century welder... Been playing around with it, getting things dialed in... Im running flux core wire... Wire is Lincoln Intershield mp211. The specs say it should be run on DC- polarity... So is that straight polarity or reverse... Im confused there..

I get better results with the welder set on straight polarity.. I keep reading flux core wire should be straight polarity.... Or am I completely confused....

Dc- is straight. Dc+ would be reverse. I believe
