Hello I’m looking to sell my 1989 K5 Silverado, Auto , top engine gone over heads , head gaskets, timing chain, battery, heater core, ball joints, tires, rebuilt trans, distributor, coil, true trac rear w373s, dual front shock setup, Myer plow ( for only my driveway no commercial) it only has two very small rust spots on floor as you open tailgate. Rest of body fenders, rockers, quarter panels , tailgate rust free. Sliding side windows Needs interior to be finished. Have new rug and door parts. Working Power door windows and tailgate window. Extra parts. It’s solid . Pictures upon request $13,000 B/O located in New Jersey.

The price is based off other vehicles prices, conditions and prior offers. Other than those two small areas the truck is in very nice condition. It is also a daily driver and in mechanically running shape. Very dependable. Truck is not spotless but solid. Im in the northeast and you don’t really see any in this condition. People having extensive sheet metal work. I guess it might be different story in West coast area where it’s dry climates. The price is negotiable. I really don’t want to sell it. Im posting it on CK5 for someone looking for a solid classic K5. Where’s a better place to start. I’m putting it out there Now and if a reasonable offer is made I well let it go. If not I guess I will just keep it.

Unless it's not driven much during the winter, due to all the salt on the streets/highways, cancer gets most of them. How many miles? Any pics of the interior?

I know it’s money and for the money it better be sweet. I’m telling like it is. I removed interior and started purchasing new replacements. Rug, nice lockable center console. The body was saved because trans fluid sprayed underneath coating floor. I hot power washed it numerous times then made sure there was no rust or rot. It was then coated with Waxoyl. The inner quarter panels and rockers got same cleaning. Panels got sprayed with Eastwood product sealing any bare metal and pinchwelds. The frame was cleaned also then painted. I know there might be other Blazers out in West Coast that are clean but this is East Coast. No it’s not perfect but it’s in very nice shape. No accidents. If someone wants a straight original 99 percent rust rot free Blazer this is the one. Further pics upon request. The price is negotiable. To a point.

The rug , rear seat, rear side panels, bottom half of doors panel are removed. Gutted sounds overkill. Has new dash pad. I was going to clean up the solid floors and repaint before installing the new rug. It don’t take long to reinstall the pieces.

Hello Members. I received several offers on my Blazer in the $6500- $7500 range. I thought I could get little more since it’s in relatively nice condition. It’s less than my asking price. I indicated Best reasonable. Just looking for someone who wants a decent desirable truck.

Above $10k, the expectation is it is spotless turn key nothing needed and paint/interior is excellent condition

Hello Yes it took me awhile to find a nice rust free one here in Jersey. And I’ve looked at numerous ones even out of state. I’m working on a few different offers. One guy doesn’t want the Meyer plow. Let’s see what happens.
