just wondering how much of an angle you have on your pinion yoke? I’m about 21 degrees right now at ride height. Just wondering if that’s too much. K5 with 700r4 with 241 and a 14 bolt.

Point the pinion down 2* from being inline with the driveshaft then weld the perches on. This will account for the normal axle wrap while driving and eliminate any possible vibration from happening. I have a 700R4/241 with SYE and a double cardan shaft from Jesse at HAD with no vibes through at least 100mph.

Its when the rest of us suckers have leaf springs.

Point the pinion down 2 degrees from perfect alignment. That is the sweet spot.

If that traction bar will be connected, you don't need all of 2 degrees. Some say zero is bad because the needle bearings don't spin (maybe true if the springs are really stiff?). I have SYE, C/V joint, anti-wrap bar and maybe 1 degree at the pinion.
