Ford 460 difference in heads?

looking at intakes and dissy's for my 460 in the boat.
what is the difference in the cj heads and whatever else there is out there?

I dont know much about 460 heads
The casting numbers on the 460 heads are between the exhaust manifolds and the valve covers about halfway back.
DOVE-C are the best heads for performance
D3VE are also good heads. Newer style
D2VE are the worst of the bunch open chamber small valve Smog heads
E7TE are a FI truck head
The only specs i know are the DOVE C they are a 75CC chamber and give a 10: 1 CR. if I rember right they came on the 69-71 cobra jets.
Dont take this info as gospel my memory aint what it used to be LOL
But I know the numbers are good. You should be able to find out more searching the net.
