Is it possible? My pumpkin is on the other side

'78 & '79 axles are a direct bolt up.

I have a 78 chevy if thats what you mean. But the ford pumpkin is on the opposite side. Well I've never check it yet though. But this is what im told.

This is a dana 60 is in the shop next door

The '78 and '79 Ford D60 is a direct bolt up to any 73-87(91) leaf sprung Chevy. You are right about the diff, it's on the driver side so it will require a drivers drop t-case to work.

I'm probally better of just finding another. I found a 60/14bff set for 1400 with a detriot rear locker. I could hopefully get to 900-1000 cash :D

Yea, **** that better driveline angle, shorter driveshaft, better ground clearance crap. Haha

I fabbed the SAS and can say for certain that the front axle spring pad spacing is if not the same, so close you won't notice.

It is what I planning on running in my 91 k-5. Just going to usean np-241 out of a ifs truck. I already have the electronic pick-up. Just going to have to fab up the shift linkage.

I have a IFS 241 and a Chevy 203/Ford 205 Doubler. Both are great options for a Ford front axle swap. Going to be running the IFS 241 for the simple factor in the next rig.

I have a np205 rightt now. I'm trying to not spend too much money. I can probally find another for 500-600
