OK My boss's son has a 92 Chevy 1/2 ton and wants to do the SAS. He has a D44 out of a late 70's Ford 3/4 ton. It has 8 lugs ball joints discos along with the high pinion just like he wants. So he asked me if he could use it and do a cross over on it. So I went and looked at it and its steering is all on the drivers side knuckle pretty much like a Chevy. One thing I did notice though was that the passenger knuckle was flat like a 75 and older Chevy D44. So does anyone know if there is cross over kits for these axles?????

Should be the same thing to use on any GM, Ford or Dodge.

They are the same as far as the steering arm goes. The pitman arm youd have to look into. Draglink should be easy enough...

Everything will be exactly the same as the GM 44s.

Now get back to the LOUNGE!!!!
