Ford F250 Shock mount - pics where you mounted

Looking for pictures to see where you guy's placed you Ford F250 front shock mounts.

I am looking to see if possible to mount them in front of the old shock mount bolt hole/hump without a problem with ORD Bilstein shocks for 4 inch lift with zero rates.

Anyone see a problem with trimming entire inner metal lip on inner fender for better look?

Guess start small and can go bigger.... I will start on the side I have a extra inner fender for truck
