Ford fans and gear`s

1: What eng/model/year and all that do I need to get the dual fan`s from?
Any one have a good web site on how to mount and wire them?


2: Is going from 3.07`s to 3.73`s a BIG step?
Right now it wont really move untill about 3000 to 3500 rpm`s.

I know that driving my buddies 79 with 3.73 gears, versus driving my 80 with 3.08's is a world of difference. Mine will barely get up and go, and his will smoke the tires from a dead stop, even with full time 4x4. I plan on going to 4.10's pretty quick, and fully expect a major difference in power output.

I think the Windstar fans start in 95. like 95 to 98...

This is a guy that bought the fans and wired them. Seems to be a decent write up.
