I haven't done anything with ford shock towers, but my 14BFF is held on the back springs by ford spring plates out of an early 90's F-250.

Here are the pictures!! Sorry it took so long. Wife had camera full of family pictures and wouldn't let me erase any. The part number on them is: F81A-18035-AB. I don't know if that is the number to order them from though. I got mine as take off from a 4x4 shop for $10. They are not side specific. (they are both the same. They fit either side.)
