So when i was walking around the local yards this week with my buddy lookin for a flattop for him. (44)


I saw a2wd late 70s blazer...Im going to run that pre 81 style clip and now im torn whrether to use a truck cab and make a flatbed, or cut a shortbed. Or to just get this k5tub and have 2k5s.

That was my thinkin...but this willg etdrove barely, and mostly to school (show off) and the mud hole.

the top will prolly be off for msot of the time anyways.

Im going to call tomorrow and see how much hte blazer is.

The cab is 250 with a clip. So im htinkin it will be like 175-200

I'd go with the blazer if it was a nice body for 200, I wish I could keep a blazer body, but the 88 trazer will be ok. Its all what your gonna use it for I guess.

I'd say go with the truck cab with a shortened short bed, it will be unique, and it would turn heads, if the person knows what they are looking at

Yes i DD a k5.

Well the yard that has the blazer tub wont sell me the body. So i guess im stuck with the truck cab. oh well.

The more i thought about it the more i wanted one... ive got a ways until I NEED a body though. So ill keep looking, i just need something to do.
