Found some 3/4 ton axles. How hard is this swap into a K5 and are these what I need?

Really the only drawback to drums are weight and the wet performance. It's really the best parking brake setup there is. When it's time to replace drums and shoes, etc. it can cost more than a cheap disc conversion.
 
I'm seeing about $300 for drums, shoes, and two parts kits on amazon. Really not far off from doing discs and pads on any other truck. And yeah, I'd prefer to keep the E-brake. Really no good reason for me to convert it as i'm not racing anything or doing any crazy long hall heavy towing.
