FOUND : tailgate trim panel 81-87 truck

this will help finish the 2wd build off super nice.

loooooong shot I know .

looking for a trim panel for a 81-87 GMC tailgate .

its the big flashy aluminum panel that has 4 screw holding it to the tailgate.

pic to show what I want .

if the tailgate wasn't already painted nice and I wasn't going to run a tonneau cover I would do a handle flip kit and use a dime a dozen blazer panel in its place.

I pay for a good one .

not needed to be perfect for finish . if scuffed or faided out that's fine . no major dents or damage is key .

if I get one and not perfect I would just paint it .

I found 1 more on a web site for good price just waiting on pics . so we see who got just what I need .

I can keep my eye open at the pick and pull yards, I've seen them before.

This one is not too far from me. I could pick it up (maybe closer to $100), pull the trim, and ship it out to you. I could keep the tailgate for my time if you pay for everything.

that's like the 2nd gen trim panel Kenny . thanks but I need the 80's style little bigger and black trim ring all around it .

I just saved around 300 bucks
