I am going to wire up the lighting and put headlights in it and then it's coming inside the house...I may try to straighten it just a little, but I am not cleaning that "patina" off

I agree with this agree....
That's a $1000 grille if it wasn't damaged. Kind of a shame, just can't find them with the "CHEVROLET" embossed in them anymore.
p.s. ->. I've got two nice ones hidden away just in case I need them!

You should mount that over a fluorescent fixture.
What kind of fixture were you thinking about?
