Found this in the driveway...What is it?

I found this laying in my driveway and don't know if it fell of the blazer or not. It looks like some type of mount. It's metal on one side and hard rubber on the other, 6 inches long and about 1 3/4 inches wide. It has two GM numbers on it that I can't find any info on. GM 14049626 and GM 15538456. Anyone know what this is?

Curious what others say. Almost looks like some sort of trans/xfer case mount. Not sure how one of those would "fall off" though.

Looks like whats left of a transfer case mount.

Yeah go check your transfercase mount just in case.

Yeah, transmission mount. Maybe that's what the new vibration is.

Now check the bellhousing for cracks.

yep 85-up style tranny-tcase mount.

Cheap and pretty easy to replace... just make sure not to jack up the transfer case too far... I hear you can break the breather tube off

(however, that looks like an aluminum case (NP208 maybe) so I'm not sure where the breather would be compared to my NP205 but logic would state that it would probably be on top as well)
